To ensure the satisfaction of our customers, Skip Tracing AI adopts a thoughtful approach to refund requests, evaluating them on an individual basis. We are committed to working collaboratively with our customers to find the most suitable resolution. To facilitate a smooth and efficient process, we kindly ask that customers reach out to us directly about refunds or concerns with their payments / subscription prior to initiating a payment dispute with their payment provider.

Once a dispute is filed with your payment provider, our ability to offer alternative solutions is significantly limited, as we cannot reverse a dispute and are compelled to respond defensively. Our preference is always to avoid disputes by engaging directly with our customers to understand their concerns and, where possible, process refunds or explore other satisfactory resolutions. We value our customer relationships and aim to resolve any issues in a manner that is fair and beneficial to all involved.
